The Hot Dog

Hofmann hotdogs have been around since 1879 when the first retail store opened in Syracuse, NY. Being from the area, these are my go to hot dog brand!

Other great brands include
- Zweigle's from Rochester, NY
- Sahlen's from Buffalo, NY

The New England Bun

The New England bun is the best for top-loading ingredients onto your hotdog masterpiece. The cut sides allow for buttered and toasted perfection, while the inside stays soft to safely nestle in the main show.

Check out where to get some buns here.

The Mustard

Use whatever your favorite mustard is!
There are a couple that I really enjoy

- Beer and Brat - just a little spicy with great flavor
- Weber's horseradish - packs some heat but short lasting
